Our processing tanks can be constructed for processing including atmospheric, pressure unloading, vacuum processing, or aseptic processing. Stainless steel wide sweep agitator assembly, removable, C.l.P. cleanable.
Our tanks heat with steam or hot water, high velocity directed flow through corrugated passages provides maximum efficiency. Heat exchange surface can be divided into separate zones for independent control, providing maximum efficiency, versatility    
Cooling with well water, city water, ice water, ethylene glycol solutions, or refrigerants. High velocity directed flow provides maximum efficiency. 
May be supplied with a variety of agitators including mixing, long sweep, side and bottom sweep or scraper blade for wiping surfaces of liner   

Stainless steel legs with adjustable ball feet   

Spun stainless steel dome,  Stainless steel manhole cover with 0’ ring gasket, stainless hinge and latch               

 All welded construction with long radius inside corners. Stainless steel heat exchange surface is welded to outside surfaces of liner, covering sidewalls and bottom, and designed for operating pressure up to 100 PSIG as standard and can be divided into 3 or 4 (depending on size) separate zones. Insulation is applied to sidewalls and bottom, and covered with stainless steel outer jacket. Top dome is machine spun and circular polished.  Stainless steel surfaces are polished to a #4 or #2B finish - (depending on customers application and requirements)-with all welds ground and polished.
